With the Singapore Sling representing the importance of gin to the cocktail culture of Singapore, it was only right that we created a gin pop! Made with the famously tart Calamansi Lime Juice, Tanglin Gin, Candied Citrus and a Condensed Milk Marshmallow.

Moo: In the 1800s, many of the Chinese in Singapore moved to Tanglin. It used to be crawling with tigers! But after settling in, the people started to cultivate herbs and spices like sireh (see-reh, betel leaves) which adorn the side of the box. I wanted to do something fun and funky with this lovely history of Tanglin!
