Monkfish comes from our dayboat fishing fleet from the North Atlantic. It is wild-caught and it is a sustainable fishery. We bring it down from Boston almost every day. It is a fantastic substitute for dishes if you don t feel like using Lobster all the time. It has the same texture and adapts to sauces extremely well.
We highly recommend that you use it in your own version of Bouillabaisse and wow your friends and family.
