Nougat is a traditional treat in Europe, especially during the holidays and its origins go back as far as the 10th century!

Our unique chocolate nougat is a wild honey based confection blended with 100% dark chocolate cocoa paste and studded with pistachios, almonds and candied orange peel. Encased with edible rice paper and dipped again in 64% dark chocolate, each piece is individually wrapped making it an extra special gourmet gift.  Above all, it is absolutely delicious!

Chocolate Nougat Ingredients
Sucrose, glucose, water, wild honey, egg whites, cream of tartar, 100% cocoa paste, dark chocolate couverture (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, Madagascar vanilla), toasted pistachios, roasted almonds, candied orange peel, edible rice paper.
